I actually discovered bed bugs on my second night (I had been too tired to notice I think the first night!) and the staff handled this situation extremely professionally. There was also excellent follow up after the event. My company was not charged for the two nights and I was offered a feee night down the track. I will be staying there again as I understand that these things happen and the way that this situation was handled was both compassionate and practical.

the restaurant here was good from the lobby and cafes and restaurants galore, we both ordered excellent dishes. the staff was excellent - we would return here.

I liked the location from Brisbane to getaway for a short break. The room was good with the spa bath and the view was great.

We arrived at 1.30pm and our room was not ready. Parked our car underground and waited in the lobby, no coffee or drinks were offered to us. Our room was finally ready after 2.30pm. Also the lift is very noisy next to our room.

It's was just a great getaway for a nice weekend with great facilities near by

Loved walking barefoot in the sand along the water's edge. Good selection of food/coffee outlets along the water front. Easy pleasant walking distance to Alexandra Headlands. Great walking tracks and boardwalks. .

Lift was temperamental.

I was fortunate enough to get a room which had a bedroom that was separate while other rooms have the bedroom as you enter the room and while it may be partitioned off, it is open.

The price would be restrictive if I stayed longer. I would like them to give a discount for three nights and over.

The accommodations are well-organized and offer stunning ocean views.

Lovely room. Great views. Close to eateries and shopping. Big comfy bed and spa bath.

The lift is soooo slow. Our ticket card took forever to work in the doors.

Ocean view, though somewhat blocked by other highrises. Location to all shops and restaurants was excellent.

Bedroom has no ventilation as no window so very stuffy.

The only thing that could be improved on were the pillows, we will bring our own in future as we will certainly stay there again!

I liked being able to leave my car and walk to whatever activity I wanted to do. The shops, the restaurants and the beach.

I was very happy with all aspects of the Hotel, the staff were extremely efficient and friendly and the whole experience was a delight.
